A Tribe Called Quest and Anderson.Paak gave the audience at the 2017 Grammy Awards something to watch and something to think about.

During the Tribe Called Quest performance melody, the late, great Phife Dawg’s vocals rang out through the Staples Center as his illustrated image was projected onto huge screens. The emcees showed their feeling towards the new administration during their performance, starting with “Award Tour” before kicking down a wall for the protest anthem “We The People.”

Then Busta Rhymes and Consequence joined in them for the performance and Busta took the opportunity to call out “President Agent Orange” for dividing people, while Q-Tip yelled out “Resist!”.
