A Brooklyn New York legendary emcee gets his story told through a documentary.

It has been confirmed that the Notorious B.I.G. will have a documentary and it’s on the way. Tentatively titled Notorious B.I.G.: One More Chance, will focus on Biggie’s musical impact around the world.

In 2009, the biopic, Notorious, wasn’t received well, fans are hopeful that this documentary will shine a little more brightly on Biggie’s impact. Voletta Wallace, his mother, is in full support of the upcoming project.

It brings so much joy to my heart that my son Christopher’s music has made such an impact on the music community and his stories have positively inspired so many young men and women over the years, and still influencing the youth all over the world today,” Wallace told Variety.

This news comes on the heels of a new trailer for Tupac’s long-awaited biopic, All Eyez on Me, which hits theaters this June. Jamal Woolard, who starred in Notorious, will reprise his role as Biggie for the Pac film as well.

Also a film about the deaths of Biggie and Pac starring Johnny Depp, Labyrinth, is scheduled to hit theaters sometime this year. We will continue to update you about this story as it develops.
