A legendary freestyle featuring the late Tupac Shakur and The Notorious B.I.G. gets a 2017 makeover by hitmakers the J.U.S.T.I.C.E League.

Before their infamous bicoastal war, 2Pac and Biggie were actually good friends. The audio is taken from an interview reportedly conducted by filmmaker Spike Lee. It features the two rappers in much happier times freestyling and sipping on drinks in a fresh lyrics video with some dope production.

The song ends with a sermon from the late Tupac Shakur over a solemn piano groove.

For those who don’t know who the J.U.S.T.I.C.E League are, please check out their discography. The Florida-based production group crafted some of Rick Ross’s earlier hits (“Aston Martin Music”) and produced tracks for artists such as Drake, 2 Chainz, Chance the Rapper, Jeezy, K. Michelle, Nas, Ace Hood, Keyshia Cole and so may others.
