News about a secret album from the legendary Public Enemy was leaked over the weekend and it’s slated to drop July 4th!
Spanish publication, Binuaral, published the story over the weekend spilling the beans on the project. , which is slated to drop July 4. Nothing Is Quick In The Desert is the group’s 14th studio album.
Chuck D confirmed the news to HipHopDX through a text message that a new album is indeed on the way.“The record business is appearing like a desert,” Chuck told HipHopDX of the title. “But the music has a life if you look at it right.”
Chuck D is currently on tour with his super-group “Prophets Of Rage” which consists of Cypress Hill’s B-Real, and DJ Lord, as well as Rage Against The Machine’s Tim Commerford, Tom Morello and Brad Wilk.
