Barbecue experts from popular Atlanta restaurants “This Is It” came through to help everyone preparing to throw down at the barbecue this fourth of July weekend. They explain to Ed Lover & Monie Love why grilling and barbecuing are not the same thing, and why patience is necessary for the perfect barbecued meal.

Plus, they talk about seasonings, and marinating everything: “for all good barbecue, you need vinegar.” They also share some secrets about different flavors for different times a meats.
